According to the "the People's Republic of China Cleaner Production Promotion Law", "the People's Republic of China Circular Economy Promotion Law", "Cleaner Production Review Measures" (National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Environmental Protection Decree No. 38) and "Cleaner Production Review, Evaluation and Acceptance Guidelines" (Huan Ban Science and Technology [2018] No. 5) and other regulations, in accordance with the notice of Chongqing Environmental Protection Bureau Liangjiang New District Branch on carrying out the second batch of mandatory cleaner production audits in 2018 and other requirements, our company organized and carried out cleaner production audit work within the scope of the company this year. Now we will publicize the basic situation of the company's production and pollution discharge to accept public supervision.
(1) Basic information
Chongqing Pingwei Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2010. It is a large private enterprise engaged in the design, development and manufacture of automobile body panel molds. The company mainly develops, designs, manufactures and sells automobile body stamping parts molds, automobile interior and exterior trim parts molds, electronic and electrical molds, mold maintenance and mold parts processing.

The use of international advanced mold manufacturing equipment and software, the application of three-dimensional design, to achieve mold CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ CAPP integrated manufacturing technology processing and production of automotive mold, the main production process is as follows:
(3) Main sewage and disposal measures
Our company's production of sewage is mainly the noise generated during the operation of the equipment and steel parts, castings in the turning, milling, grinding, drilling, wire cutting and other lathe processing process to produce metal chips, waste oil, as well as life, production of waste water, household garbage and other solid waste. According to 2017 statistics, our company's main emissions are as follows:
① Waste water
The existing projects mainly include domestic sewage produced by offices and shift houses and oily wastewater produced by workshop mopping. According to the factory statistics, the amount of domestic sewage is about 125 m3/d, and the oily wastewater is about 15 m3/d. Oily wastewater is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after being separated by oil and treated together with domestic sewage.
② Noise
The noise of the project is mainly equipment noise. The main noise sources are different types of machining centers, air compressors, etc., and the intensity of the sound source is between 75-90dB(A). In addition to using low-noise equipment as much as possible, the project also adopts building sound insulation, vibration reduction measures and source strength control measures for various noise sources.
③ Solid waste
The existing general solid wastes in the factory mainly include steel plate scraps and packaging materials; hazardous wastes include waste oil and waste oil drums generated by equipment maintenance and repair. General solid waste is handed over to Chongqing Guanghang Metal Recycling Co., Ltd. for recycling and treatment, while hazardous waste is handed over to Chongqing Alfa Petrochemical Co., Ltd. for regular removal and safe disposal.
