Manufacturing Capabilities
The mold factory has 13 large-scale imported CNC gantry machining equipment, including 2 PARPAS five-axis linkage machining centers imported from Italy, 5 OKUMA five-face machining centers in Japan and 6 Qiaowei machining centers in Taiwan. All machining center equipment has automatic tool exchange system, automatic tool measurement system and on-line machining accuracy measurement system, which can realize all-day automatic machining and automatic measurement. Nine debugging presses, it can simulate the customer's press parameters to debug the mold and reduce the mold delivery time.

The welder factory has 5 imported full-automatic large-scale stamping production lines, 3 multi-station production lines and multiple progressive die production lines, covering white body products, and can also undertake the production of aluminum alloy products. The company has built a 1200T thermoforming production line with an annual output of more than 5 million pieces, and another thermoforming production line is under construction, which is expected to be put into production in early 2019. The company has a number of automated welding production lines, which can realize automated spot welding, projection welding, stud welding and laser welding, as well as automated parts handling and parts online detection.

The interior and exterior decoration factory now has more than 100 1200T-4000T large injection molding equipment, 2 fully automated robot electrostatic rotary cup spraying lines, and has also introduced internationally advanced instrument panel laser weakening equipment, slush molding foaming, female mold vacuum forming equipment, and related highly intelligent and high-efficiency automatic production auxiliary equipment. At present, it also has reliability performance testing equipment such as automobile airbag explosion, odor VOC test, vibration durability, etc, can provide customers with high quality, high-performance products.
