Skills competition is a test of the skills and quality of employees, and it is also an important way for companies to select and train talents. The purpose of this competition is to encourage more personnel to participate in the theme activities of craftsman spirit, and to stimulate the enthusiasm of the company's employees to "compare technology, compete skills, and strive for first-class.
The competition is divided into technical group, machine processing group and production module, including all aspects of the company's technology and production system. There are 5 competition events, with a total of 117 participants. After a month of fierce competition, 23 people finally stand out. During the competition, the participating employees showed a high standard of skill level, stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees, created a good atmosphere of learning and helping in the whole factory, and enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
In this competition, many employees performed well, and there were many double champions who were the first in both theoretical and practical examinations. Employees who did not win the ranking in the competition also said that the skills competition provided a good learning way for them to improve their skills, and they should often learn more from "ingenious" employees in the future. The defeat of the competition made me see the shortcomings in the level of work skills, and stimulated my motivation to "learn new knowledge, improve new skills, and master new skills.
This competition is like a "review field". It provides a platform for employees of the whole company to compete and learn from each other with high-level skills. At the same time, it encourages employees to continuously improve themselves and develop in an all-round way in the competition, so as to lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
