-- Remember the 2017 employee skills competition
In May 2017, with the strong support of the company's leaders, trade unions and various departments, the employee skills competition was successfully held.
This skill competition is led by the Ministry of Administration and Personnel, and each department plans and designs itself. The skills competition is held in the injection molding department, painting department and comprehensive planning department, and is divided into individual projects and group projects. Since it is a competition, it is definitely not the unilateral quality of employees, but more about speed, accuracy, coordination, patience and carefulness.
For example, the forklift personal project of the comprehensive planning department: forklift workers drive forklifts and puncture small balloons in a row of small squares from top to bottom with wire tied to the fork feet. It not only tests the driving stability of the forklift master, but also tests the coordination of hands and eyes. Another example is the injection molding department door panel assembly group project: each group has 5 participants, from optional accessories, self-matching accessories, collaborative accessories, to finished product quality inspection. The whole process is not only to each post eye, but also to test the familiarity of employees with product accessories, the accuracy of matching, and the cooperation between each post.
The scene of the competition was in full swing, and the atmosphere was both tense and warm, serious and lively. With the "speed and passion", the contestants are surpassing themselves and climbing the peak bravely. After a hot competition and round after round of fierce competition, every competition has produced a "martial arts master"!

In the eyes of many people, these positions are ordinary and unremarkable.
